Our maintenance program is designed to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, updates, and implementation of requested website changes.
Website maintenance is a request-based support service. Our team works through submitted maintenance tickets, reported issues, plugin/theme updates, and scheduled support tasks as they are identified and prioritized.
Because websites continuously evolve due to plugin updates, third-party integrations, browser changes, hosting environments, and content revisions, our maintenance plans do not include continuous manual auditing of every page, link, button, or user flow unless a dedicated monitoring or audit service has been specifically added.
Businesses requiring proactive QA testing, recurring full-site audits, conversion monitoring, uptime escalation monitoring, or ongoing link validation can add dedicated website monitoring services separately.

We include unlimited small website update requests that typically take 30 minutes or less per request—think text swaps, image replacements, blog post updates, form edits, menu updates, redirects, plugin installs, and minor layout adjustments using your current theme or builder. Requests are completed within our standard 24–48 hour support window.
Most updates are completed within 24–48 hours on weekdays. Urgent requests are prioritized when possible, and we’ll always keep you in the loop. Please note: Our team is offline on U.S. national holidays, and turnaround times may be slightly delayed around those dates.
Absolutely! As part of your maintenance/support plan, we’ll handle uploading, formatting, and publishing your blog content (with images you provide) based on your requested publishing schedule.

Yes, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. We’ll continue supporting your site and working through active maintenance requests during that period. After that, your service will end and you won’t be billed again.
